【摘要】:この規格は,一定の水質条件下で,安定な不揮発性の単一物質の,淡水魚の一種[ゼブラフィッシュ(BrachydaniorerioHamilton-Buchanan)(真骨類,コィ科)通称ゼブラフイッシュ］に対する急性毒性致死濃度を測定する流水法について規定する。この方法は,試験条件下でゼブラフイッシュ(Brachydaniorerio)に対する,各試験物質の幅広い意味での急性毒性を決めるのに適用できる。環境水質基準を規定するには,この方法で得られた結果だけでは不十分である。この方法は,試験生物1)として,幾つかの他種の淡水魚にも応用できる。この方法は,試験条件,特に希釈水の量と質及び温度を適宜変えることによって,他の淡水魚,海水魚又は汽水の魚に応用してもよい。

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesaninfraredabsorptionmethod,aftercombustioninaninductionfurnace,forthedeterminationofthetotalcarbonandsulfurcontentinsteelandiron.Themethodisapplicabletocarboncontentsofmassfractionbetween0,005%and4,3%andtosulfurcontentsofmassfractionbetween0,0005%and0,33%.Thismethodisintendedtobeusedinnormalproductionoperationsandisintendedtomeetallgenerallyaccepted,goodlaboratorypracticesofthetypeexpectedbyrecognizedlaboratoryaccreditationagencies.Itusescommerciallyavailableequipment,iscalibratedandcalibrationverifiedusingsteelandironcertifiedreferencematerials,anditsperformanceiscontrolledusingnormalstatisticalprocesscontrol(SPC)practices.Thismethodcanbeusedinthesingleelementmode,i.e.,determinationofcarbonandsulfurindependentlyorinthesimultaneousmode,i.e.,determinationofcarbonandsulfurconcurrently.
