【摘要】:ThispartofISO11119specifiesrequirementsforcompositegascylindersuptoandincluding450|watercapacity,forthestorageandconveyanceofcompressedorliquefiedgaseswithtestpressuresranginguptoandincluding650bar.ThispartofISO11119appliesto:a)Fullywrappedcompositecylinderswithanon-load-sharingmetallicornon-metallicliner(i.e.alinerthatdoesnotsharetheloadoftheoverallcylinderdesign)andadesignlifefrom10yearstonon-limitedlife.Forcylinderswithadesignlifeinexcessof15years,re-qualificationisrecommendedinorderforthesecylinderstoremaininservicebeyond15years.Thecylindersareconstructedintheformofalinerover-wrappedwithcarbonfibreoraramidfibreorglassfibre(oramixturethereof)inaresinmatrixtoprovidelongitudinalandcircumferentialreinforcement.b)Compositecylinderswithoutliners(includingcylinderswithoutlinersmanufacturedfromtwopartsjoinedtogether)andwithatestpressureoflessthan60bar.Forcylinderswithadesignlifeinexcessof15years,re-qualificationisrecommendedinorderforthesecylinderstoremaininservicebeyond15years.Thecylindersareconstructed:1)intheformofadisposablemandreloverwrappedwithcarbonfibreoraramidfibreorglassfibre(oramixturethereof)inaresinmatrixtoprovidelongitudinalandcircumferentialreinforcement;2)intheformoftwofilamentwoundshellsjoinedtogether.ISO11439appliestocylindersintendedforuseasfuelcontainersonnaturalgasvehicles.ISO11623coversperiodicinspectionandre-testingofcompositecylinders.ThispartofISO11119doesnotaddressthedesign,fittingandperformanceofremovableprotectivesleeves.Wherethesearefittedtheyshouldbeconsideredseparately.note:1)1bar=10Pa.
