【摘要】:Thetestscalledforherein,fortheirresults,indicatetheacceptabilityofinstalledvitrifiedclaypipelines.1.1Thistestmethoddefinesproceduresforhydrostaticinfiltrationtestingofnewinstallationsofvitrifiedclaypipelines,todemonstratethestructuralintegrityoftheinstalledline.RefertoPracticeC12.1.2Thistestmethodissuitablefortestinggravity-flowpipelinesconstructedofvitrifiedclaypipeorcombinationsofclaypipeandotherpipematerials.1.3Thistestmethodisapplicabletothetestingofthepipelinesonly.Manholesorotherstructuresshouldbetestedseparately.1.4Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareprovidedforinformationonly.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
