【摘要】:1ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththecontrolsandcontrolsystemsforautomatedfunctionsofindustrialtruckswithanoperator(hereinafterreferredtoas'trucks').2Thecontrolsystemisgenerallypartofthetruckbutcanincludecomponentsexternaltothetruck,e.g.fortheguidancemeansforautomatedsteering.3ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththetechnicalrequirementstominimizethespecifichazardslistedinclause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofautomatedfunctionsoftruckswhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorizedrepresentative.Inaddition,trucksshouldcomplyasappropriatewithEN292forhazardsnotcoveredbythisstandardortheapplicablecompanionstandards.4ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletosafetyequipment(e.g.devicesforheightlimitation,speedlimitation)usedtooverridedrivercontrol.5ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththehazardsrelatedtothecontrolsandcontrolsystemsforthefollowingautomatedfunctions:-steering(directmechanicalguidanceisexcluded);-travel;-liftingandloweringoperations;-loadmanipulations,e.g.rotation,reach,slewing,tilting,clamping;-combinationand/orsequenceoftheabovemovements.Thisstandardmustbeusedinconjunctionwithoneormoreoftheapplicablecompanionstandardslistedintheforeword.6ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotestablishtheadditionalrequirementsforthefollowing:a)operationinsevereconditions(e.g.extremeclimates,freezerapplications,strongmagneticfields);b)operationinenvironmentssubjecttospecialrules(e.g.potentiallyexplosiveatmospheres);c)electromagneticcompatibility;d)transportationofpassengers;e)handlingofloadsthenatureofwhichcouldleadtodangeroussituations(e.g.moltenmetals,acids/bases,radiatingmaterials).Limitationsinthescopesoftheapplicablecompanionstandardsalsoapplytothisstandard.
