【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletotheerectionandoperationoffixedandtemporaryelectricaltestinstallations.1.2CompliancewiththisEuropeanStandardisnotnecessary,ifcontactwithlivepartspresentsnodanger.Thisisthecasewhenoneofthefollowingconditionsissatisfiedatliveexposedpoints:a)thevoltageatfrequenciesabove500Hzdoesnotexceed25Va.c.or60Vd.c.andcomplieswiththerequirementsforSELVorforPELVinaccordancewithHD60364-4-41;b)incaseofvoltagesatfrequenciesupto500Hzexceeding25Va.c.or60Vd.c.,theresultantcurrentthroughanon-inductiveresistanceof2kΩdoesnotexceed3mAa.c.(r.m.s.)or12mAd.c;c)atfrequenciesabove500Hzthenationaldeterminedcurrentandvoltagevaluesshallbeapplied.IftherearenonationalrequirementsdeterminedreferencevaluesforpermissiblebodycurrentsandcontactvoltagescanbetakenfromTableA.1;d)thedischargeenergydoesnotexceed350mJ.NOTE1EventhoughcompliancewiththerequirementsofthisEuropeanStandardisnotnecessary,ifoneoftheabovementionedconditionsissatisfied,otherpotentialriskse.g.riskoffireandexplosionshallbeconsideredandappropriatemeasuresbetaken.NOTE2Ref.1.2b)&1.2d):Thevaluesfortheresultantcurrentof3mAa.c.or12mAd.c.andthedischargeenergyof350mJcomplywiththevaluesforliveworkingspecifiedinEN50110-1.ThesevaluesalsocomplywiththevaluesspecifiedinIEC/TS60479-1.1.3ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytothepowersupplytothetestinstallations.Inthiscase,thedocumentsoftheHD60364series(fornominalvoltagesupto1000V)orHD637(fornominalvoltagesexceeding1kV)areapplicabletoerectionandEN50110-1isapplicabletooperation.1.4WherenorequirementsaregiveninthisEuropeanStandard,thedocumentsoftheHD60364series(fornominalvoltagesupto1000V)orHD637(fornominalvoltagesexceeding1kV)applytotheerectionofelectricaltestinstallationsandEN50110-1appliestotheoperationofelectricaltestinstallations.
