适用范围
本标准规定了射线检测、超声检测、磁粉检测和渗透检测四种无损检测方法及质量分级。 本标准适用于石油天然气长输、集输及其站场的钢质管道焊接接头的检测。磁粉和渗透检测也适用于常压钢制焊接储罐的检测与验收。本标准不适用于工业和公用管道的无损检测，也不适用油气管道制管焊缝的无损检测。

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddefinesaMultimediaContentDescriptionInterface,specifyingaseriesofinterfacesfromsystemtoapplicationleveltoallowdisparatesystemstointerchangeinformationaboutmultimediacontent.Itdescribesthearchitectureforsystems,alanguageforextensionsandspecificapplications,descriptiontoolsintheaudioandvisualdomains,aswellastoolsthatarenotspecifictoaudio-visualdomains.ThispartofISO/IEC15938specifiessystemlevelfunctionalitiesforthecommunicationofmultimediacontentdescriptions.ISO/IEC15938-1providesaspecificationwhichwill:—enabledevelopmentofISO/IEC15938receivingsub-systems,calledISO/IEC15938Terminal,orTerminalinshort,toreceiveandassemblepossiblypartitionedandcompressedmultimediacontentdescriptions—providerulesforthepreparationofmultimediacontentdescriptionsconsistingofthetoolsspecifiedinParts3,4and5ofISO/IEC15938forefficienttransportandstorage.ThedecodingprocesswithintheISO/IEC15938Terminalisnormative.Therulesmentionedprovideguidanceforthepreparationandencodingofmultimediacontentdescriptionswithoutleadingtoauniqueencodedrepresentationofsuchdescriptions.ThispartoftheMPEG-7Standardisintendedtobeimplementedinconjunctionwithotherpartsofthestandard.Inparticular,MPEG-7Part1:SystemsassumessomeknowledgeofPart2:DescriptionDefinitionLanguage(DDL)initsnormativesyntacticdefinitionsofDescriptorsandDescriptionSchemes,aswellasintheprocessingofschemaanddescriptions.ThemethodsforobtainingthedescriptionstowhichtheencodingtechniquesinthispartreferaredefinedinParts3,4,and5ofISO/IEC15938.MPEG-7isanextensiblestandard.ThestandardmethodofextendingthestandardbeyondtheDescriptionSchemesprovidedinthestandardistodefinenewonesintheDDL,andtomakethoseDSsasaccessibleastheinstantiateddescriptions.FurtherdetailsareavailableinPart2.
