【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportdescribesaclassificationsystemforthereportingandtabulationofthechemicalresistanceofrubbermaterials.ItalsoprovideguidanceonthetestingandevaluationofrubberwithparticularreferencetotestchemicalsdescribedinanumberofISOstandards.Thisdocumentgivesguidanceonthebehaviourofrubberincontactwithchemicalssuchasaggressivegasesandfluids,e.g.acids,alkalis,aqueoussolutions,oilandsolvents.Theinformationgiveninthisdocumentisbasedonthepracticalexperienceofmanufacturersandusersofrubbermaterials.Unlessthereispriorknowledgeorexperienceoftheapplication,aselectionbasedonthetablesshouldalwaysbeconfirmedbytestsontheproposedrubbercompoundsusingtheactualproductundertheappropriateserviceconditions.Insuchtests,attentionshouldalsobegiventothepossibilityoftherubbermaterialcontaminatingtheliquidorgas.
