【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthelocationsandtypesofaircraftgroundserviceconnectionsinordertooptimizegroundservices,bothfixedandmobile,forthefollowingsevenservices:—400Hzelectricalpower;—preconditionedairforcabinconditioning;—pneumaticpowerforjetenginestart;—potablewater;—lavatoryservice(draining,flushing);—aircraftrefuelling;—interphone(headset)connections.Itfocusesontheseaircraftservicesbecause—theseconnectionsarethosemostfrequentlyusedduringaircraftairportturnaroundoperations;—intermsofeconomicbenefit,theyhavethegreatestimpactthroughimprovedefficiency.ThisInternationalStandardappliestoanynewtypeofmainlinecommercialtransportcategoryaircraftdesignedorbuiltafteritspublication.Inaddition,itappliestoanysubstantiallymodifiednewderivativeaircrafttypeinthesamecategory(derivedfromapreviouslyexistingtype),insofarastechnicallyandeconomicallypractical,ifspecifiedintheaircrafttypespecificationestablishedbetweencustomerairline(s)andmanufacturer.
