【摘要】:Thisstandardclassifiestheenvironmentalconditionstowhichaproductnotformingpartofthevehicleissubjectedwheninstalledinagroundvehicle.Suchproductsareforexampleradios,communicationsystems,faremeters,flowmetersforliquidstransportedbythevehicle,forexamplemilk,petroleumproducts,etc.Vehicleswhereproductsmaybepermanentlyortemporarilyinstalledinclude-roadvehicles:passengercars,commercialvehicles,specialvehicles,towingvehicles,trailers,mopeds,motorcycles,etc.;-railvehicles:trains,trams,cranes,etc.;-overlandvehicles:fourwheeldrivecars,tractors,snowscooters,etc.;-handlingandstoragevehicles:fork-lifttrucks(manualandrobot),luggagetransporters,etc.;-self-propelledmachinery:diggers,harvesters,etc.Althoughthisstandardisnotdesignedforproductsformingpartofthevehicles,theenvironmentalconditionclassificationmayalsobeusedforsomeexchangeableparts,installedinasimilarwayandinthesamelocationsofthevehicleasproductswhichdonotformpartofthevehicle.Onlysevereconditionswhichmaybeharmfultoproductsareincluded.ConditionsofstorageandtransportationaregiveninIEC721-3-1andIEC721-3-2.Theobjectofthisstandardistoclassifytheenvironmentalparametersandtheirseveritiestowhichaproductwillbeexposedunderitsconditionsofusewheninstalledingroundvehicles.Alimitednumberofclassesofenvironmentalconditionsaregiven,coveringabroadfieldofapplication.Theuserofthisstandardshouldselectthelowestclassnecessarycoveringeachoftheconditionsoftheintendeduse.SomeguidanceforthisisgiveninannexA.
