【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsforthedesign,materials,manufacturingandtestingofpressurevesselsandpressurevesselpartsintendedforusewithamaximumallowablepressure,PS,equalorlessthan100barandshellwallthicknessesnotexceeding60mm,whichareconstructedofferriticorausteniticspheroidalgraphitecastiron.Thethicknesslimitationoftheshelldoesnotapplytothicknessofflanges,reinforcements,bossesetc.Theallowablegradesdonotincludelamellargraphitecastirongradesforferriticandausteniticgrades,whichareexplicitlyexcludedfromthisEuropeanStandardbecauseoflowelongationandbrittlematerialbehaviour,whichrequirestheuseofdifferentsafetyfactorsandadifferentapproach.NOTE1Austeniticspheroidalgraphitecastirongradesareprincipallyusedforhighandlowtemperatureapplicationsandfortheircorrosionresistanceproperties.NOTE2TheallowablegradesofspheroidalgraphitecastironarelistedinTables3and4.ServiceconditionsaregiveninClause4.
